Shipping Method Selection

Sometimes you may need to upgrade or change the shipping method on an order. Packiyo allows you to do so in the Order Details screen via the Shipping Method Selection, shown below. This article will show you how to change your shipping method. Check Shipping Time Frames to view the delivery time frames for our carriers. 1. Log into Packiyo


2. Locate the order by using the global search field or the orders section. View our Search and Filter article if you need assistance using the search and filter options in Packiyo. 



3. Once you're on the Order Details screen, scroll to the bottom until you see "Shipping method".

Note: "Generic" is not an actual shipping method.


4. Click the drop-down menu to select the preferred shipping method. For more detailed information you can check Shipping Time Frames to view the carriers and their delivery windows.
