In some cases you may need to create an order in Packiyo. You can create a new order in Shopify as well. Either will work, it is personal preference.
Tips before you begin:
1. The SKU must be in Packiyo. If it is not, check that the product is active in the e-commerce store and our fulfillment location is set for the product as well.
2. The product must have inventory allocated, otherwise once the order is placed, it will be put on backorder.
3. If you create a new product for the purpose of this order, once the SKU is created you will need to make sure the product has a vendor attached and a PO is created for our team.

1. Log into Packiyo. If you have more than one store with us, please make sure to choose the correct store in the upper right hand corner.
2. On the left hand side click "Orders"
3. Click "Create Order"
4. Fill out all the required information for these tabs:
- General Information: Order Number
- Address Information: Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Country. Phone number is required for expedited and international orders.
- Shipment: Choose the method in which you would like to ship. You can leave this blank if you would like our automation for your store to choose the most cost effective shipping method.
- Order Details: Please add the SKU of all items you would like shipped.
4. Click "Create" to finalize the order creation. The order will now appear under "Orders" on the left hand side of the screen.
5. You can click the order to make sure it is ready to ship. If so you will see this on the right hand side of the screen.
6. Once the order has shipped, you will be able to see the tracking number in Packiyo on the bottom right hand side.
