To create a VIP or Influencer order in Packiyo, please follow these steps:
Create a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for our team to utilize on these orders and submit a ticket with Customer Service so we can direct our team appropriately and make sure they have the SOP available to them.
Create a New Order: Begin by creating a new order in Packiyo, just as you would for a regular order.
Add a Tag: When creating the order, it's crucial to add a specific tag to it. This tag will serve as an alert to our team, indicating that the order requires special attention as it is for a VIP, influencer, or needs a specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) followed. The tag to utilize is:
SP-VIP Identifies orders for VIPs/influencers in which Shipping Pilot team will execute the SOP for VIP experience
Include Notes to the Packer: In the order details, there is a "notes to the packer" field. Utilize this field to write a message that will pop up on the packer's screen, requiring them to acknowledge it before proceeding. In this field, write "Execute the VIP SOP for influencers" or a similar message that references the specific SOP required.
Multiple SOPs: Depending on your business needs, you might have different SOPs for various scenarios. For example, you could have one SOP for B2B strategic partnerships and another for large retail chains.
Communicate with Your Account Manager: If you have specific requirements for packing or handling, reach out to your account manager and inform them of the SOP you want to be executed for these special orders, and give prior notice so that these orders are prioritized.
