In some cases, you may need to import orders into Packiyo and it is easier to do a bulk import when you have more than one order to enter and a short amount of time.

Before you begin:
- Please make sure you are using the Bulk Import Sheet attached to this article.
- The file attached is in XLSX format, it must be in CSV format to import into Packiyo. Please see Converting to CSV for help.
Required columns: (Note: Please make sure the country is abbreviated and not spelled out completely, please. Example: United States = US, Canada = CA, United Kingdom = UK)

Please note:
- shipping_contact_information_company_number - is only required when shipping is expedited or international orders
- tags are only required for certain orders. Check Packiyo Tags for more information on tags.
Once you have all the data needed on this Order Import file, you can begin the import into Packiyo.
1. Log into Packiyo.
2. If you have more than one store with us, please choose the store.
3. Choose orders on the left-hand side.
4. Choose the import icon next to total records.
5. When this box below appears choose "Import CSV file"
6. Once your file is attached choose "Import"
7. Once the orders have been imported you should see them on the orders screen. If you do not, please reach out to
customercare@shippingpilot.co and let us know if you are receiving an error.
