In Packiyo you may notice a few tags and wonder what they mean. Here is a list of common tags you may see in Packiyo along with their explanation. Keep in mind some may have imported directly from your e-commerce store. A few you may use and a few you may not.

Product Tags
SP-Remove-Label - Product requires label removal
SP-Bubble - Product requires bubble wrap
SP-FBA-Product - Product will be inbounded to FBA
SP-Insert - Product requires marketing inserts or materials
SP-Sticker - Product requires a sticker (ex. brand label)
SP-Warning - Product requires safety warning label
SP-Fragile - Product requires a fragile Sticker
Order Tags
SP-FBA-Order - FBA order to send inbound to Amazon
SP-Tape - Order requires custom tape on shipping box
SP-Edit - An order was modified/created by a Shipping Pilot team member
SP-Return - An order was processed for a return
SP-Freight - Order that requires freight movement
SP-VIP - Identifies orders for VIPs/influencers in which Shipping Pilot team will execute the SOP for VIP experience
SP-Removal - An Order for removal - Internal notes on the order should specify whether the order is being destroyed/donated/etc.
SP-PickPackError - Pick-Pack issues - reimbursement has been requested
SP-LateFulfilment - Late fulfillment
SP-ClaimFiled - A claim has been filed
SP-ClaimApproved - The carrier has approved the claim
SP-ClaimDenied - The carrier has denied the claim
SP-Return - Added to orders returned to sender by the carrier or customer initiated returns received back at the fulfillment center
Over-20 - The order is not filled within 20 hours
Over-40 - The order is not filled within 40 hours
Over-60 - The order is not filled within 60 hours
SP-Priority - These orders will be processed and added to our internal priority shipping list
SP-Damage - To identify damaged inventory on PO/Orders
SP-SPD - For bulk orders that are going out as Small Parcel Delivery instead of LTL
Purchase Order Tags
SP-Freight - Purchase Order that will come in via freight
SP-Parcel - Purchase Order that will come in via parcel
SP-Container - Purchase Order that will come in via shipping container
SP-Saleable- A PO to add saleable products back to inventory

% - can be used as a wildcard in any search filed
