Bulk Updates: Orders & Inventory

In some cases, you may have to make changes to more than one order. The bulk edit feature in Packiyo allows you to do so. Follow the steps below to learn how to use this feature. You can also watch our video, Bulk Updates: Orders & Inventory


1. Log into Packiyo

2. Choose Orders or Inventory depending on the changes you need to make. You can bulk edit in both of these locations. 

3. Select the order or inventory items you need to update by clicking the box located next to the item.

4. Once you have selected your items the "bulk edit" option will appear in the upper right-hand corner below your profile picture. The only option that differs in this screen will be the "create order" or "create product" buttons.

5. You will have a few options for the orders you have selected:  


For orders: add/remove tags (knowledge article: Packiyo Tags), Add/remove order holds, add order notes, allow partial fulfillment (knowledge article: Order Details Page), mark an order as priority, edit the country, shipping box, or method. You also have the option to archive or mark the orders as fulfilled. 


For inventory: add/remove tags, enabled or disable: track lots and expiration, needs serial number, priority counting, delete all empty locations, enable inventory sync, add an HS code, update the reorder threshold, update reorder quantity, update reserved quantity, add notes, country of origin, customs price, customs description, vendor, and archive the select products.  


6. Once you have selected/removed/added the information need you will click save.
