As you grow and change you may need to update the users that have access to your account. The goal of this article is to explain how to create and remove users.
Add a user:
1. Log in to Packiyo with your current user name and password. If you are unaware of what this is please reach out to customercare@shippingpilot.co directly.
(Preface: If you have more than one brand/store with us, please be sure to choose the store that needs the new log in, in the upper right hand corner before completing the next steps.)
2. On the bottom left corner click the gear icon.
3. Click "User Accounts" on this list.
4. On the upper right corner click "New User".
5. When the prompt appears enter information for "Email", "Name" (first and last), "Password", and "Confirm Password". Make sure you copy the password before clicking save, just in case.
6. Click "Save".
Deactivate/Reactivate a user:
1. Log in to Packiyo with your current user name and password.
(Preface: If you have more than one brand/store with us, please be sure to choose the store that needs adjusting in the upper right hand corner before completing the next steps.)
2. On the bottom left corner click the gear icon.
3. Click "User Accounts" on this list.
4. Search the user
5. Toggle the active switch on and off depending on which you need at the moment.

Deactivated:
Remove a user:
1. Log in to Packiyo with your current user name and password.

2. On the bottom left corner click the gear icon.
3. Click "User Accounts" on this list.
4. Search the user.
5. Click the trash can icon.
6. A prompt will appear asking if you want to delete it, along with the email in grey. Toggle the slide to the right and click save.
