What is required for a quote?

Pickup location
Delivery location
Cargo specs (number of units/pallets shipping, weight, and dimensions)
If cargo considered a hazardous material
Incoterms
Desired mode of transportation

What is required for a pick up?

Commercial invoice
Packing list
Reference numbers
Any other relevant documentation

Can you facilitate US Customs?

Yes. If you would like us to handle US Customs import formalities on your behalf, Ark Transportation will provide you with a copy of the Customs POA.

How to start the process?

Reach out to us for a quote by submitting a ticket. Please include the following information:

Pickup location
Delivery location
Cargo specs (EX: number of units/pallets shipping, weight, and dimensions
Whether or not this cargo considered a hazardous material
Incoterms
Your desired mode of transportation
Whether or not you would like Ark to handle customs import formalities on your behalf

Once a shipment is confirmed we will reach out for all the information needed for pick up.
