FAQs:

Is there a receiving dock? - Yes 

If there is a receiving dock is it suitable for a semi-truck? - Yes

Is a dock appointment required? - Not required but if you know when you will arrive we can be prepared. 

Do you unload with a forklift? - Yes


REQUIREMENTS:

To ensure an efficient receiving process, please make sure to follow the instructions below:

  • The inbound shipment must be entered into our customer portal - How to setup an Inbound to Shipping Pilot
  • Pallets should contain a manifest of goods attached to each pallet. Case Packs/Master Cases should contain amount of units, SKU, barcode, and expiration date.
  • Units should not be mixed into single boxes. If this is required, please let us know and ensure each box is labeled with SKU's & Amount of Units.
  • Notify our inbound warehouse team at inbound@shippingpilot.co 
  • Full physical counts of inbound inventory will only be done by request and billed as a special project.
