Orders that fit any of the following criteria will be ineligible for full reimbursements
- Orders that contain products without scannable barcodes
- Orders that contain products with incorrect barcodes
- Orders that have labels printed outside of Shipping Pilot accounts or by a customer
- Orders that were billed to a third party
- Orders with shipping carriers/services that do not service the order location
- Orders that have incomplete/incorrect order information
- Orders that do not have validated address or recipient information
- Orders that experience delays due to platform downtime or other technology-based order transmission malfunction
- Orders that contain products with incorrect information
- Orders that did not contain a product, component, or material required for fulfillment
- Orders with failed or incorrectr automation criteria
Shipping Pilot Reimbursement Request Form
Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages
Lost, damaged, stolen, or any other post-hand-off to carrier claims will need to be claimed through the shipping carrier via Shipping Pilot. This can be done by filling out our claims form.
Important Claims Information
Delivery issues must be reported within 60 days of the order shipped date. Orders past this point in time will not be eligible for a claims submission.
Please note, that you must wait 21 days from the original ship date to report an order lost in transit as required by our carriers.
