Granting FBA Shipment Access

Please complete the steps below to allow us access to your Amazon store.

1. Login to your Amazon account and visit the User Permissions Page.

2. Add Shipping Pilot as a user, you will do so by scrolling down the page until you see the option to add a new user.

3. For the name, use "Shipping Pilot", for the email address, use "warehouse@shippingpilot.co" and click "Send Invitation".

4. This will send us an invite to be a part of your Amazon Account Team but does not give us access to any information relating to your account. We will send you an email back letting you know when we have accepted the invite, in which you can proceed to the next step.

5. In order for us to access your FBA shipments, you will need to grant us permission. This can be done in the same user permissions page used to add us as part of your Amazon Account Team.

6. Select "View & Edit Permissions" next to Manage FBA Inventory/Shipments.

7. Select  "View & Edit Permissions" next to Selling Partner Appstore.

8. Email us at connect@shippingpilot.co and let us know when this has been completed and we will confirm that we can see your order information before fulfilling your orders.

If you need any help with the aforementioned steps please reach out to us at Customercare@shippingpilot.co and we will be happy to help!
