Creating a VIP Order in Packiyo

Simple Steps for Creating a VIP Order in Packiyo

1. Make sure Shipping Pilot is given a Packing Directive ahead of time so our team has an established SOP for your VIP orders.
2. Select “Create Order” inside Packiyo.
3. In the general information tab, include the SP-Influencer tag under “tags”. You will see this in the orange bubble on the left below.

This will automatically set a message to alert our team to execute your influencer SOP (which will later show like this.

If there are any additional notes please add them here as well.

4. Enter the address information in the address tab.

5. If you would like this shipped with a different than typical shipping method (ex: FedEx 2 Day) select this under the shipping tab, if not, feel free to leave this blank. You will need to type at least three letters for a list to populate.

6. Under the order details tab select the SKUs you would like in the order. Be sure to adjust the quantity to what you would like shipped.

8. Select “create” and let Shipping Pilot do the rest!
