Creating a VIP Order in Packiyo

Simple Steps for Creating a VIP Order in Packiyo

1. Make sure Shipping Pilot is given a Packing Directive ahead of time so our team has an established SOP for your VIP orders.
2. Select “Create Order” inside Packiyo.
3. In the general information tab, include the SP-VIP tag under “tags”. You will see this in the orange bubble on the left below.

4. Make sure to add a “note to pack” to the order. This will stop the packer when the order comes to ship to alert them this is a VIP order. You can put packing directions here as well. In the picture below this is highlighted in blue on the right-hand side.

5. Enter the address information in the address tab.

6. If you would like this shipped with a different than typical shipping method (ex: FedEx 2 Day) select this under the shipping tab, if not, feel free to leave this blank. You will need to type at least three letters for a list to populate.

7. Under the order details tab select the SKUs you would like in the order. Be sure to adjust the quantity to what you would like shipped.

8. Select “create” and let Shipping Pilot do the rest!
