FAQ: Label Printed - No Movement

Created by Sharonda Jenkins, Modified on Wed, 15 May at 4:07 PM by Jess Bonnett

Every now and again you may see your label has been printed but it's not showing any movement. Below are a few scenarios which may cause this to happen. If none of these scenarios apply, please Submit a Ticket: Delivery Issues and we will happily look into this matter for you.

Scenario One—Vioded Label

Your label may have been voided. Log into Packiyo, search for the order number, and check if another label was created. Some platforms will not update the tracking number. If you need help locating the tracking number in Packiyo please visit the Order Details Page for assistance or Submit a Ticket

Scenario Two—Printed after Pick Up

Your order may have been printed after 2PM and will not be picked up until the next business day. Please keep in mind carriers do not pick up on the weekends. Any order printed after 1PM Friday will be picked up the following Monday. The exceptions are holidays when business hours and carrier pickups may vary.

Scenario Three—Missed Scan

Your label was printed but has not been scanned by the carrier. If your tracking details do not show any movement for seven days after being printed please submit a ticket for Delivery Issues. We will reach out to the carrier for a mail look-up. If they advise us the order is indeed lost, we will move forward with filing a claim. The order will be marked with SP-ClaimFiled tag. Visit Packiyo Tags for a list of tags we use here at Shipping Pilot.
