In some cases, we may not be able reimburse for late shipping if the carrier does not approve the claim. Per UPS: UPS is closed on New Year’s (Jan 1st), Thanksgiving (Nov 27th), and Christmas Day (Dec 25th). UPS Express Critical ®  service is still available.
