• Packaging Materials: Require a special box for a particular item? We can automate that too!
• Note to Packer: Want to send a special note to our packing team for a specific item? Maybe a certain SKU needs some extra packing material, or a different packing paper than usual, you can let us know with an automation.
• Add-On Products: Need to add a specific SKU to your orders, or include an item with orders that have a particular SKU? Whether it’s adding an instructional packet or including a promo item with every order, we can automate it!

How Do I Get an Automation Started?

Getting an automation set up is a breeze! Simply open a ticket and select “order automation.” This will take you to a form where you can fill out all the necessary information to get your automation up and running. Please note, that we need at least two business days to set up a new automation.
