Packiyo Bulk Product Import Form & Steps

In some cases, you may need to bulk import products that are not sold on your eCommerce platform, such as materials and marketing items. You can use this form to import those items into Packiyo, where we can keep track of the inventory quantities. You will need to import this completed attached form as a CSV file into Packiyo. Required columns: 

sku    

name    

barcode

weight*    

height*    

length*    

width*

*Please check the unit of measure before importing this form into Packiyo*

Optional columns: 

price    

value    

hs_code*

vendor

*This is not optional if you are shipping internationally* 

Steps to import the CSV file: 

1. Log into Packiyo.

2. On the left-hand side, click Inventory, then click Products. 

3. On the right-hand side, click the import icon. 

4. This box will appear, click Import CSV file. 

5. Locate the file on your computer via the next pop-up. (This will look different depending on the computer/device you are using.

Once the file has been opened/attached:

6. After the file appears in the pop up window, select Import.

7. Wait for the confirmation message in the upper right-hand corner. If you see an error but are unable to determine how to fix it, please send an email to help@shippingpilot.co or create a ticket.
