Search & Filter

This feature lets you search by order number and use additional filters to narrow your search. Please be advised you are only able to search SKUs and order numbers. As of now, you are unable to search names and tracking numbers. We advise using your e-commerce channel for searching by name or tracking number. 

Tip: to search for a partial match, use the % operator. For example, %007 will return all orders containing 007. Most order numbers need the # in front, while others don't. Please try both if you are attempting to locate an order. 

Global Search - Allows you to search orders, returns, purchase orders, and inventory. 

Search Fields - These search fields will only allow you search within that "section".

Filters 

You can filter by date, order status, ready to ship, ready to pick, in a tote (preparing for shipping), backorder (out of stock), carrier, shipping method, country, weight, holds, SKU, archived, and tags. You can also combine the options as well. View our internal tags here: Packiyo Tags

Please note the start date filed is pre-filtered and you may need to change it to filter correctly.

Date Format: Year/Month/Day

Filter Icon - located next to all search fields except the Global search. 

Edit Columns - Toggle the items you want to view in each sections. These columns are specific to the page you are using.
