If a SKU is listed as a single item on your website and contains additional add-ons that the customer does not purchase, please let us know at least one week in advance. Examples include bundles or kits, add-ons, gifts with purchase, or any other item that will be added to the order that does not show as a line item in the order details.
Please submit an Order Automation Ticket. We will put a rule in place to add/remove these products until the product can be properly added to orders coming to us. Orders not containing all the items to be fulfilled may result in extra fees and are ineligible for reimbursement. Thank you so much for your continued support and cooperation!
